About the project:
Shift is a cloud-based management service for educational and business institutions. The system builds tracks on the basis of passenger requirements and needs.
Managing track changes, real-time monitoring of the trip, alerts on the way, and navigation based on route information are just a top of the services we are providing to our customers.
We are looking for self-managed and self-motivated professionals to join our creative team. Become a member of a successful scrum team and deliver the maximum value to the end-user at each sprint.
You will actively participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, get feedback from businesses and create new and valuable features using the latest technologies.
Main technologies Stack of the project:
Azure, MSSQL, C#, .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, Angular.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer.
As our new DevOps Engineer, you will be in charge of the specification and documentation of the new project features and develop our cloud automation infrastructure.
You will report directly and work closely with Shift’s CIO & CEO and be an integral part of efforts to design, create and develop our infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
- Administrate Azure DevOps.
- Configure and support deployment on Azure & VM (Windows & Linux).
- Supporting MSSQL (Windows & Linux).
- Supporting local infrastructure (ADDC, DNS, Hyper – V, IIS).
- Infrastructure based on Azure Resource (VM, Network, Services).
What you’ll need:
Must:
- Good level of English: B1+ (speaking and writing).

Experience in managing Windows & Linux-based infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with MySQL.

Experience with such tools as Powershell, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
- Experience with Kubernetes platform.
- Experience with Azure.
- Be familiar with Microservice architecture.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal and communication skills.

SCREENING PROCCESS

You will have a three-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview, a technical interview and a client interview.
- HR and GM Interview. Here our GM Oleksii and HR Manager Tetiana want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. They will also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions and talk about company benefits.
- A technical interview with our DevOps Engineer. It includes a few theoretical and practical questions and can take not more than 1 hour of your time. The interview language is Ukrainian.
- Personal Interview with Shift’s CEO. If you are successful during the previous steps, you will have a personal interview with the client. The interview language is English.
