Job Description:

The Professional Services group is in charge of designing and executing our customer’s solution based on Fornova’s technology. We are looking for a bright, motivated, self-learner & enthusiastic help desk.

Job Requirements:

  • Good English level.
  • Self-organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsibility.
  • Good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • CSM will receive all the files from sales on the new customer and send it to our contact.
  • Will check validity, change the format, check supported point of sales.
  • Open a ticket to the on-boarding team and upload all the information.
  • Once the data is on INT to help with the review on the data.
  • Review on data on production.
  • Open tickets on issues found on his reviews.
  • Create users, clusters, regions based on the input from the customer that CSM will request.
  • Totango updates with all relevant information on contracts, renewals etc.
  • Solve login issues.
  • Documentation – log all customer data and information in confluence.
  • Long term – give initial training and training on new features.
  • Change configurations to support new features.
  • Adding new hotels to existing customers is a similar flow.
  • Will need to chase the customers and sales people for missing information.
  • Work with Efrat’s team to make sure onboarding is not stuck.
