About the project:
jiga transforms the traditional way manufacturers do business.
We’re building a digital platform that streamlines the complex, inefficient process of
procuring manufactured parts directly from suppliers, making it automated, collaborative,
and data-driven. We are a remote-first company with a fully flexible work culture, we like

About the role:
As part of the role, you will support customers and suppliers who order parts through the
platform Monitor and resolve parts delivery issues for customers in various industries.

What you’ll need:
Technical skills:
• Good level of English: B2 (Speaking and Writing).
• 3+ years of experience working in or with machine shops, and contract manufacturing
companies.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with customers (e.g. within service departments).
• 3+ years of experience working with manufacturing suppliers.
• Quotation experience for CNC jobs.
• Previous experience in technical sales in the custom manufacturing field.
• Strong knowledge of technical processes and materials.
• Ready to work by US time zone working hours.
Soft skills:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working asynchronously and remotely in a digital workspace.
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty on various topics: admin, customer support, operations, coordination, product, and sales.
• Superb written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
