Job Description

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.
You will be a part of a team that is responsible for setting up new customers and delivering their first data into the UI.

You will communicate between Customer Success, Developing, and Support teams.
You will work with big OTAs, MSEs, and hotel chain sites, such as Booking.com,
Expedia.com, NH –hotels.com, Hilton.com, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation.
• Work with support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
• Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers.
• Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation.

Job Requirements

Must:

• Working knowledge with MS Office, Excel (formulas).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• High technical skills.
• Team player.
• Good analytic skills.
• English Level intermediate (B1+).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jira, SSH, FTP, Amazon – advantage.
• Experience working with DB (MongoDB, Cassandra).
