Job description

Fornova is hiring a Python/Django developer to join our growing Data & Infrastructure group. Be a part of a small team using state of the art technologies and help us architecting and building the next generation of our application for managing of internal processes. Our technology stack includes Python (Django, Celery, ViewFlow etc.), AWS (including Spot Instances), RabbitMQ, MYSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Git, Jenkins and much more.

Job Requirements:

Must:

• Deep knowledge of Python, 3+ years of industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of Django, 3+ years of industry experience, backend and frontend.
• Testing experience – unit/integration.
• Knowledge of and experience with Celery (Distributed Task Queue).
• Knowledge of and experience with REST and external API connections.
• Knowledge HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Good English (needs to work with a global team).

Advantage:

• Familiarity with NoSQL, specifically MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Material Design.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies: Virtualbox, Vagrant and/or Docker.
• Familiarity with methodologies: Jira, Agile, Scrum.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Ability to work in team and independently as well.
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environment.
• Fast learner.
