About the role:
Plat4Me is looking for a Senior React Developer to join a disruptive tech company. You are the one, if you are a speed and performance geek, creating blazing fast React applications. We are set to challenge the current market leaders by developing a high scale innovative CRM.
As a Senior React Developer, you’ll provide leadership, technology design expertise, direction, coordination, and consultation in the development, integration, launch, scaling and maintenance of new features, products and solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Architect, design and develop our flagship brand.
- Build sophisticated front-end application, multilingual, localized and theme-able.
- Discuss with Product Managers technical aspects of the project.
- Communicate with team members in order to find appropriate solutions.
- Solve technical problems and handle performance/scalability issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Write unit tests.
- Install and configure server environments for React deployments.
What you’ll need:
Must:
- Good level of English: B2+ (speaking and writing).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend React Developer.
- At least 3 years of experience with React.js, JavaScript using ES6 features.
- Strong experience with HTML and CSS.
- Pixel-perfect and always looking for ways to make things better.
- Good understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
Nice to Have:
- Any experience with Node.js and writing microservices in Node.js.
- Google Cloud Platform familiarity.

You will have a three-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview, a technical interview with a Plat4Me Team Lead and a personal interview with a R&D Manager.
HR and GM Interview:
Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits.
Technical & Personal interview:
We will coordinate a technical interview with a Plat4Me Team Lead (1 hour) and a separate personal one with a Plat4Me R&D Manager (30 min).
In these interviews, we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience.
