There’s a whole lot of AI and complex algorithms behind all this, but essentially we’ve built a method of gathering online data that isn’t hindered by changes in code, language, or layout. Job Description:
On this role you will:
- Receive all the files from customer and update all the information to the system.
- Will check validity, change the files format (if needed).
- Review the data on the system.
- Updates internal systems with all relevant information on contracts, renewals, etc.
- Documentation – log all customer data and information in confluence.
Job Requirements:
- Good English level.
- Self-organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
- Responsibility.
- Good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will need to chase the customers, salespeople, support / R & D for missing information.
- Ops and 1st level support.
- Change configurations to support new features.
- Solve login issues.
- Monitor on-going data loading process.
- Open tickets on issues found on his reviews.
- Monitor tickets handling, inform the customers and create internal escalation if needed.
- Create users, clusters, regions based on the input from the customer that CSM will request.
- Check new features – working with the R & D team.
- Long term – give initial training and training on new features.
