Job Description:

We are looking for an Employee Success and Relationship Manager
to join our team of professionals. The responsibilities of an Employee Success and Relationship Manager include constant work with employee data and administrative assistance to Customer Success team.


Your job will be to maintain the onboarding and offboarding processes, work with our databases, HRMS, PMS and other systems. As an Employee Success and Relationship Manager you will also support our Networks and community activities, and take care of Employee Performance Management. You will report and work directly with Customer Success and
Pillar Management (CEO, COO, CIO).

If you have some technical background and you are an extremely task
oriented and organized person, with ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously while maintaining a detailed and methodical set of procedures, we like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with HRMS, PMS and CRM systems to maintain the integrity of work processes.
  • Conducting research on various topics.
  • Presenting procedures and work processes to employees through the company’s systems.
  • Working in a technical area with the customer success department.
  • Make different kinds of Reports and Presentations.
  • Lead Performance Management.
  • Organize and moderate community events.
  • Working with Pillar’s community activities, supporting information, maintaining and expanding community members.
  • Maintaining Pillar Webpage.
  • Operation of the company’s newsletter.

Job Requirements:

Must:

  • 1+ years of relevant Customer/Employee Success work experience.
  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management.
  • High-level multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Fast Leaner (mainly work processes / management systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A People person, Multi-tasking & excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level – verbal and written – Must.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience with any HRMS and PMS Monday.com (big advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn platform solutions.
  • Experience using marketing platform (newsletter).
