About the role:

We are looking for an SDR Marketing Operator to join our team of professionals.
The responsibilities of the SDR Marketing Operator include the promotion of the company’s services using different marketing as well as social selling tools, technical assistance to the Customer Success Department, constant work with databases, and processing big amounts of personal data.

If you have some technical background and you are an extremely task-oriented and organized person, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a detailed and methodical set of procedures, we would like to meet you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain the social selling platforms.
  • Operate in CRM systems.
  • Work in the technical area with the Customer Success department.
  • Handle various tasks provided by the manager.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of Marketing processes.
  • Operate and optimize the company’s outreach workflow.

What you’ll need:

Must:

  • Good level of English: B2+ (Speaking and writing).
  • Familiarity with any CRM.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn platform solutions.
  • Ability to learn fast and operate independently.
  • Ability to process big amounts of data.
  • High-level multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management and high tasks performances accuracy.
  • Patience and human ability to work on repetitive actions.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with the outreach marketing process.
  • Copywriting experience.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a 45 min personal interview with the Admin Operation Manager.

  • HR and GM Interview:
    Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits.
  • Personal interview with the Admin Operation Manager:
    We will coordinate a personal interview with the Admin Operation Manager.
    During the interview, we will get to know you better and examine your employment history and share more about your role and day-to-day work routine.
    You also will be given a live 10 min logic test during the interview.
