Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to be a part of our growing recruiting team, to support and improve our hiring and recruiting methodologies.

The talent Coordinator’s main responsibilities are being proactive in getting in teaching relevant candidates & maintaining databases with candidate information.
We work with a very clear methodology and top-of-the-art technology so your work is focused on creating and maintaining channels of communication with candidates.

This position is for people who are self-motivated and have high communication skills. Knowing how to listen deeply and explaining yourself are a must.
 
If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods, it’s an advantage, not a must.
With that, we highly appreciate motivation and desire to learn. If you own such skills – come work and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, increase and maintain candidates’ database in the company (e.g. CVs, assignments and contact details).
  • Actively contact new candidates and maintain communication with them on a daily basis.
  • Being active in the IT industry sourcing community.
  • Be a part of our organizational development activities.
  • Manage interview scheduling and conducting interviews.

Job Requirements:

Must:

  • A strong desire to learn the field and the role.
  • Good English level – verbal and written (at least B2). 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A people person.
  • Self-motivated & responsible.
  • Multi-tasking & being able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage a methodical work routine while maintaining patience
    and accuracy.

Nice to have:

  • 1+ years of relevant HR/Recruiter work experience.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management.
  • Proven experience in Technological recruitment in the software development industry.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with PMS (Monday.com).

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 45 min interview with a
Bootcamp mentor and a GM (General Manager) and a 30 min personal interview
with Nativ, Pillar Development Manager.

  • A brief preliminary test
    Before interviews, you’ll be given a short English test.
    This online level test includes 2 parts:
    1. 15 multiple-choice questions (10 minutes).
    2. Listening part with 7 multiple-choice questions (15 minutes).
    The total test length is 25 minutes.
  • A personal meeting with our Talent Acquisition Lead
    We will coordinate a personal meeting with our Talent Acquisition Lead.
    During this meeting, we will get to know you and will examine your suitability for the position, and your willingness to be part of our recruitment team.
  • An interview with HR Generalist
    Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and understand your technical work experience.
    As part of this interview, we will examine your personality and we will be able to determine your suitability for the team and the position framework.
