RentPort LCC is one of the leading car rental & leasing providers
to international and domestic travelers visiting the United States,
RentPort is a customer-centered brand serving the rental needs
of leisure and business travelers.

RentPort customers are able to conveniently choose their own vehicles,
based upon their advance reservation and requested car class, and then simply drive away
from the International and private airports in the U.S.

About the role:

We are looking for a Back-office Sales Specialist who will Join our team
In this role, you will take a significant part in developing supplier and customer
relationships and thus assisting in the company’s goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Find vehicles for immediate purchase / Place an order.
  • Design vehicle offers for sale.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Make global connections and phone calls with automobile suppliers.
  • Great opportunity to learn about automobile trades business.
  • Great opportunity to improve buying and selling skills with no hassle.

What you’ll need:


  • High level of English: B2+ (Speaking and writing).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and any web browser.
  • Ability or desire to learn to negotiate, persuade and create relationships.
  • High motivation and a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Highly service-oriented with outstanding communication skills.
  • Availability for working hours between 2 pm to 11 pm (EET).
  • Responsibility and timeliness are an integral part of the role.
  • Creative person, determined, and capable of developing new relationships.

Nice to Have:

  • Any working experience with an American audience.
  • Experience in telephone customer service.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General
Manager) interview and a combined (technical & personal) interview.

  • A brief preliminary English test:
    Before interviews, you’ll be given a short English test.
    This online level test includes 2 parts:
    1) 15 multiple-choice questions (10 minutes).
    2) Listening part with 7 multiple-choice questions (15 minutes ).
    The total test length is 25 minutes.
  • HR and GM Interview:
    Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits.
  • Personal interview:
    We will coordinate a personal interview with the Sahar, CEO of Renport LLC
    and Beeri Simon, Pillar CSM.
    In the interview, we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience.
    We will explain the position responsibilities, and ask guiding questions to understand if you are personally and professionally suited to the role.
