Job Description

We are looking for a Admin Operations to join our team of
professionals. The responsibilities of Admin Operations include
promotion of company’s services using different marketing as well and
social selling tools, technical assistance to Customer Success
Department, constant work with databases, managing and
processing big amounts of personal data.

Also, you will have to operate in HRMS, PMS, and other systems.
You will report and work directly with Customer Success Manager
and Pillar Management.

If you have some technical background and you are an extremely
task-oriented and organized person, with the ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously while maintaining a detailed and methodical
set of procedures, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the social selling platforms
  • Operating in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Working in technical area with the Customer Success Department
  • Making different kind of reports and presentations.
  • Conducting research on various topics
  • Bringing up new ideas how to develop Sales and CRM activities
  • Handling with various tasks provided by the manager
  • Working with Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and People Management Software (PMS).
  • Assisting in setup and maintenance of Boot-Camp processes

Job Requirements

Must

  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management.
  • High-level multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Fast Leaner (mainly work processes / management systems)
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A People person, Multi-tasking & excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level – verbal and written – Must (B2+).

Nice to have

  • Proven experience with any HRMS and PMS Monday.com (Big advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn platform solutions.
  • 1+ years of relevant Customer/Employee Success work experience.
