What you’ll do:

• Be a part of a fast-growing engineering team that builds a cutting-edge platform
  that makes a real impact in the world.
• Work closely with other functions in the company like the product, customer success, and more.
• Build a 100% cloud-native containerized distributed system for 99.9% availability.
• Mentor junior developers on how to build great systems and progress with their careers.

What you’ll need:
Must:

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing Android and iOS mobile apps.
• Flutter/Dart experience of at least 3 years.
• At least 2 years of experience leading mobile development teams.
• Passionate about building large-scale, highly available distributed systems
  with the latest technologies.
• Track record of successful leading development of consumer mobile apps.
• Knowledge of distributed system concepts and challenges, such as parallel
  processing, consistency, replication, and scalability.
• Solid experience with mobile application design patterns, its design decisions,
  and different state management paradigms.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, delivering E2E.
• Experience writing automatic unit tests, widget tests, and E2E tests for Flutter
  based applications.
• Good level of English: B2+
• A great team player with good communication skills.
• A creative thinker, passionate about problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
• Excited about new technologies and extremely passionate about innovation
  and cutting-edge technologies.
• Passion for building systems that make an impact.

Nice to have:

• Mobile app security knowledge – a plus
