About the project:

Cellcom is one of the 3 biggest Telcos in Israel. Cellcom developed the first Over-The-Top TV service in Israel and currently has 300K paying subscribers.

About the role:

Cellcom is looking for an experienced IOS/TVOS Developer to join their Apple TV
and Mobile Development team.
You will work directly with the Apple TV Team Manager and the existing team.
The right candidate needs to be a team player, passionate, responsible, and a TV user.

What you’ll do:

You will be part of the Apple TV and Mobile applications development team
and responsible of:

  • Create new features development.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Assist in solving customers’ issues.
  • Optimizing performance and more.

What you’ll need:

Must:

  • A resident of Israel living in the State of Israel.
  • 1+ years’ experience developing iOS/TVOS applications.
  • Practical knowledge of Swift.
  • Experience in XCode IDE, TestFlight, and AppStore.
  • Understanding MVVM & MVC architecture.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Understanding Client-server communication, and knowledge of REST API.
  • Experience in using source-control systems.
  • Practice with unit testing and Firebase.
  • Huge advantage – experience with Apple TV application development.

Nice to have:

  • Any experience working on an OTT project -specifically with Kaltura as the backend.

Technical & Personal Interview:

We will coordinate a personal interview with Cellcom Team Lead and R&D Manager. In the interview, we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience.

A brief preliminary test:

Before interviews, you’ll be given a short technical test. Each question is timed.
The estimated test duration is 30 minutes, but it can last up to 45 minutes.
