About the project:
LifeTec is a program that helps people with type 2 diabetes get out of the diabetes cycle,
by leading a healthy lifestyle from diabetes.
The company has proven and accurate processes created by many years of
experience and specialization.
These processes make it possible to act directly to change behavior,
which leads to a healthy lifestyle from diabetes.
The LifeTec program works with an advisory committee of leading experts in the field:
Behavior, Diabetes Health, Diabetes Research, Medication Management
and Diabetes Health-Oriented Diet.
About the role:
We are looking out for a Flutter Developer who will be running and designing a product
application features across various cross-platform devices. Just like Lego boxes that fit on
top of one another, we are looking out for someone who has experience using Flutter
widgets that can be plugged together, customized, and deployed anywhere.
Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors, and taking up
full ownership of app development
What you’ll do:
- Develop new features and maintain the current IOS and Android clients
developed in Flutter. - Perform integrations with the Backend.
- You will be sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with teams to improve
the development processes.
What you’ll need:
Must:
- Good level of English: B1+ (Speaking and writing).
- Experience in the development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed
them on Google Play/App Store. - Strong Experience with Flutter.
- 3+ years of knowledge in mobile app development.
- Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a combined (technical & personal) interview.
A brief preliminary test:
Before interviews, you’ll be given a short technical test. Each question is timed.
The estimated test duration is around 10 minutes.
HR and GM Interview:
Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits.
Technical&Personal interview:
We will coordinate a personal interview with the Pillar CTO.
In the interview, we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience.
