Job Description:

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our growing team. You will be a part of a team using different solutions to monitoring services and discover issues in products we’re providing to our customers. You will work with big OTAs, MSEs and hotel chain sites, such as: Booking.com, Expedia.com, NH-hotels.com, Hilton.com, etc. You will be able to work with many interesting technologies.

Job Requirements:

Must:

• English level-intermediate.
• Age 18-30.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good analytical skills.
• High level of attention to details.
• Team player.
• Important: stress resistance and attentiveness.
• Be ready for 4 shifts per week (2 nights).
• Ability to formulate a problem clearly and laconically.

As advantage :

• Work with monitoring systems (Kibana, Zabbix, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, Mongo, Cassandra).
• Work with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira).
• Communication in Slack.
