About the project:
Rishan-Design is an interior design office that specializes in providing design solutions to entrepreneurs and private clients mainly in the USA.
The company is managed and maintained by Shiran Sapir, graphic designer, interior designer, creator, and puzzle fanatic.
Step by step, Rishan-Design has expanded the number of architectural projects and successfully completed them.
Nowadays, the company owns ongoing relationship with condo design for new builds, contractors and suppliers and an abiding passion for a profession.
About the role:
We are looking for a creative and inspired Architect to join us.
First, you will work with an Architect on our behalf who will support your first steps in the company.
After understanding and learning the working method of Rishan-Design, you will work directly with the business owner and in the future will manage a team of 10-15 employees.
To be successful in this position you should be able to visualize space in three dimensions, adjust a planning composition, and be an effective project manager. An outstanding Architect will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate superior technical design skills and be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.
Technologies Stack:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Rendering
What you’ll do:
- Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Develop and present project proposals.
- Adjust designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Build 3D Models and render in high level.
- Large scale of design ability from furniture to complex building.
What you’ll need:
Must:
- Good level of English: B2+ (speaking and writing).
- Strong proven planning ability.
- Any work experience in American units of measure.
- 2+ years of work experience with building architectural plans from a sketch.
- 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- 2+ years’ experience with SketchUp and 3D Rendering software.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.

SCREENING PROCCESS

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a combined (technical & personal) interview.
A brief preliminary home task:
Before interviews, you’ll be given a technical architecture home task.
The estimated home task duration is 3 hours, you will have few days to complete it.
HR and GM Interview:
Here we want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits.
Technical&Personal interview:
We will coordinate a personal interview with Roi – our Senior Architect, and CEO of Rishan-Design. During the interview we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience.
