Dileoz is a company based in Belgium providing its HR and Payroll
Software to local governments.

A young and dynamic company that focuses on the automation of HR
processes, personnel planning, time registration, and Payroll.
The Dileoz trademark is simplicity, openness, and effectiveness.

The company was founded by a dynamic team of entrepreneurs who
combined their many years of expertise in the field of HR within the
government.

Meanwhile, Dileoz is recognized by many local and federal authorities.
The Dileoz solution stands for a total solution for HR management, planning,
time registration, and link with the Payroll engine are fully integrated.
Registration of your data via the Dileoz solution means a wealth
of information on the basis of which optimal policy decisions can be made.

Main technologies Stack of the project:
Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, MongoDB, RESTful API integration.

About the role:

Dileoz is looking to hire a senior Frontend Vaadin Developer
to take a lead on various projects.

They will work alongside other experienced software engineers in a
supportive environment and gain exposure to a broad range of technologies
spanning web development, enterprise Java mobile app development,
DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will join the developers working on this coaching
and user management application, which is mainly developed in Java,
based on the Vaadin framework.

The candidate will work on front-end components, which will also require
HTML/CSS know-how and some JavaScript knowledge, as well as data
handling involving DB access.

What you’ll do:

  • Build front-end views as specified by the UX and graphic designers.
  • Fetch data for the views and store changes by the user i.e. to the DB.
  • Support, maintain and build customer-facing applications, that can be both web or mobile.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Building and maintaining company style guidelines.
  • Optimizing the user experience.
  • Managing software workflow.
  • Fixing bugs and testing for usability.
  • Developing and maintaining the user interface.
  • Improving the existing code system and working with the entire development team.

What you’ll need:

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • Experience with developing UI (front-end/app development). Like creating a nice and clean UI.
  • At least 4+ years of experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • At least 2+ years experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot).
  • At least 1+ years experience with MongoDB.
  • High level of English: B2+ (speaking and writing).
  • Willingness to work using the Vaadin platform.
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, carefully and independently.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Big advantage: 1+ years of experience with Vaadin. (Java Web App framework).
  • Any working experience with Gradle.
  • Any working experience with Spring Cloud.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a combined (technical & personal) interview.

  • A brief preliminary test:
    Before interviews, you’ll be given a short technical test. Each question is timed. The estimated test duration is 30 minutes, but it can last up to 45 minutes.
  • HR and GM Interview:
    Here our GM Oleksii and HRM Tetiana want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions and talk about company benefits. The interview languages are English and native.
  • Technical & Personal interview:
    We will coordinate a personal interview with Bulent, the CTO of the Dileoz, who would like to e-meet you to get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience. You won’t need to prepare anything in advance. The interview language is English.
