implementation and support team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and maintain expertise in Clearion applications and Clearion Configuration Framework.
• External Client Support.
• Document and manage assigned support incidents in a tracking system. Provide direct support to clients -investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents.
• End user application support and training.
• Support Clearion underlying software including ESRI, SQL Express, Dev
• Xpress, Microsoft OS/Apps, GPS Hardware.
• Database creation in ArcCatalog or underlying database application.
• Testing of configuration and system design based on Test Plans.
• Perform software installations for ESRI, SQL Express, Dev Xpress, Microsoft
• OS/Apps and Clearion.
• ESRI data entry and application configurations including Desktop and Mobile applications.
• Add new members to ArcGIS Portal and manage list of members.
• Manage the content on the ArcGIS Portal as requested by the clients.
• Load shapefiles into the database via ArcCatalog.

Job Requirements:

1. BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geography,
   Engineering or related discipline. Relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
2. Experience using ESRI applications including ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and
   AGOL/Portal.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and comfort interacting with clients and other professionals.
4. Organized and motivated, self – starter who is capable of working in an environment with minimal supervision.
5. Willingness to travel periodically to visit clients, trade shows or other relevant events (approximately 10%).

Technical Skills:

1. Experience working in a technical capacity.
2. Experience working with enterprise databases (in SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
3. Knowledge of, or the ability to learn the latest ESRI products, including “out of the box” ESRI Mobile applications, “out of the box” ESRI Web Applications, ArcGIS.com/ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Server.
4. Experience and knowledge with report design tools.
5. Experience and knowledge of Utility Vegetation Management programs.
