RGE is a major content company in Israel, which owns several televisions channel. (Mainly leading Sports channels and kids’ channels). The company is now working on an OTT TV Service on 7 different platforms.

Job Description:

RGE is looking to expand the activity of Front – End development while integrating with Kaltura (business partner) which is responsible on the back – end development. Therefore, we are looking for a qualified Front End Developer for Web App and Smart TV Apps.

Job Responsibilities:

As part of the Job you will be responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Good experience with Web Development using HTML+JavaScript.
• Experience with React & Node.JS.
• Leadership capabilities: ability to manage additional developers, providing them with clear development instructions and oversee their work).
• Ability to work independently, provide accurate dev time estimations and deliver versions on time and in high quality.
• Comfortable with Remote Management (tasks, versions and timing
• synchronizations via email/skype/etc.).
• Experience working with Samsung’s Tyzen Operating System.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with LG’s WebOS Operating System.
• Experience working with Backend SDKs (especially Kaltura) and/or integrating with Video Players.
• Experience with TV/VOD Systems.
