Job Description:

The Professional Services group is in charge of designing and executing our customer’s solution based on Fornova’s technology. We are looking for a bright, motivated, self-learner & enthusiastic team member.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal manager will provide the highest level of responsibility, be able to work independently and be able to react fast on customers’ requests.

  • Customer support and resolution of their issues.
  • Working with Automated Billing System.
  • Preparation and issue of invoices.
  • Preparing of Billing reports, reconciliation with credit cards providers.

Job Requirements:

  • Responsibility and diligence.
  • Good level of communication skills in English.
  • Communicative and patient person.
  • Experience with Customer support – advantage.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Good web skills.
  • Comprehensiveness & attention to details.
  • Advantage: accounting background or knowledge.
