Job Description:

The Customer Success backend operation (CSBO) engineer will assist the Customer Success Manager) CSMs) to streamline the operations required to successfully onboard, nurture, retain and expand our customer’s usages in Fornova’s existing and new product offerings. The Customer Success backend operation engineer completes the post-sales life cycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive motivated, self-learner Eager to learn, team player who is passionate about Fornova’s solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration of new customers into fornova’s solutions, obtaining,collecting, and verifying allnecessary data
  • Collaborating with Fornova’s CSMs, Support, Onboarding, Development, Sales & Product teams to ensure successful integration (onboarding), and retention.
  • Review & validate the integrity of the customer’s configuration, data, system testing, bug reports.
  • Assisting the CSMs in the preparations for customer meetings by assisting in data analysis, presentation preparations, data gathering, documentation, bug identification, and insight creation
  • Walk me operation in advertising banners and creating walkthrough flows.
  • Customer success administration

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industries
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
