About the project:

Travaxy is enabling offline/online travel agencies/travel APIs/ GDSs and wholesalers to book a worry-free holiday, flight-Airline notifications, and accommodation offerings by specific disability type and needs in minutes, instead of hours and sometimes days.

The best thing about it is that B2B travel partners don’t need to disconnect from their service providers (hotel API and flights) Travaxy has a middle layer API to a fast and easy-to-integrate solution, making them disability experts!

Travaxy APIs reduce the search time for the right hotel and notify the airline about
passenger accessibility needs/senior travelers.

About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated call agent who will join our Company.
In this role, you will work to verify the company’s data by contacting a wide range
of hotels and other tourism agencies.

You will be required to make phone calls on a daily basis and update the data you
will receive.
The information and assistance you will provide will maintain the company’s
positive reputation.

If you have a good level of English, good communication skills, patience, and self
responsibility – we would love to meet you!

What you’ll do:

  • Contact specific hotels and relevant tourism agencies.
  • Filling in data in accordance with the information you will receive in Excel tables.
  • Working under a high standard of telephones and communication.
  • Updating data in a clean and well-organized way.

What you’ll need:

Must:

  • Good level of English: B2 (Speaking and writing)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Pleasant, diligent, consistent, and organized person.
  • A communicative and positive person.

Nice to Have:

  • Any work experience with the tourism/hospitality industry.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a personal interview with Travaxy’s VP Business Development Director.

  • A brief preliminary English test:
    Before interviews, you’ll be given a short English test.
    This online level test includes 2 parts:
    1. 15 multiple-choice questions (10 minutes).
    2. Listening part with 7 multiple-choice questions (15 minutes).
    The total test length is 25 minutes.
  • HR  Interview:
    Here are GM Oleksii and HRM Tetiana want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits. The interview languages are English and native.
  • Technical & Personal interview:
    We will coordinate a personal interview with Elad, Travaxy’s VP of Business Development Director.
    During the interview, we will get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience, and will give more information on the ongoing daily work.
