About the company

Shift is a cloud-based management service for educational and business institutions. The system builds tracks on the basis of passenger requirements and needs.

Managing track changes, real-time monitoring of the trip, alerts on the way, and navigation based on route information are just a top of the services we are providing to our customers.

We are looking for self-managed and self-motivated professionals to join our creative team. Become a member of a successful scrum team and deliver the maximum value to the end-user at each sprint.

You will actively participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, get feedback from businesses and create new and valuable features using the latest technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new features with high quality and love
  • Resolve issues and bugs of our customers with patience and respect
  • Bring innovations, tools, and practices to the team

  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability
  • Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes
  • Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Job Requirements

  • Related experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of web markup, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular/AngularJS).
  • Experience with RESTful API integration.
  • Experience with Webpack, npm.
  • Version Control Systems (GIT).
  • Creative thinking and team collaborator.

You will have a two-step interview, which includes a 30 min HR and GM (General Manager) interview and a combined (technical & personal) interview.

  • A preliminary test:
    Before interviews, you’ll be given a technical test. Each question is timed. The estimated test duration is 60 minutes.
  • HR and GM Interview:
    Here our GM and HR want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future. We’ll also tell you about us and the project, answer your questions, and talk about company benefits. The interview languages are English and native.
  • Technical & Personal Interview:
    We will coordinate a personal interview with Shift R&D manager,  who would like to e-meet you to get to know you better and examine your historical employment experience. You won’t need to prepare anything in advance. The interview language is English.
